Purchase and Return Policies:

Purchase Guarantee:  Purchasing art and merchandise from Todd Clercx is 100% safe and fully guaranteed.  Simply put, if you are unhappy with any item purchased please contact us immediately and we will promptly remedy the problem to the best of our ability.  We are eager to make sure all of our art collectors are satisfied with their art investments.

Returns:  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept a return for exchange or for refund (less Shipping), provided the item is returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of shipment.

Damage:  If your painting is received damaged, it is most likely the result of a UPS shipping mishap.  Please contact us via phone or e-mail within 24 hours of receipt so we can remedy the problem.  If your order is delivered to you with obvious damage or with broken glass, please do not open the package.  You may refuse the package and have the carrier return the package to us.  If damage is found after the package is opened, please save all packaging material and let us know by phone or email so USPS or UPS can send a Pick-up label for return.  For a claim, UPS or the USPS will want to see all packaging material as well as the damaged item.

Carrier and Packaging:  We ship most orders through the United States Postal Service but also may use United Parcel Service (UPS).  Most items are packaged by the UPS Store with special care and are insured against damage (see above).  In-stock items are normally shipped the next business day.  Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your item. For framed items or giclee prints we need at least two weeks prior to shipment to order the necessary items.  We will email you prior to shipping and alert you to shipping information, carrier, and expected delivery date. We request that you email us upon receipt of shipment.

Shipping Costs:  Shipping and packaging costs charged at check-out are calculated based on a percentage value of your purchase.  If the actual shipping cost is substantially different we will adjust the total and contact the customer before shipping.
